By accessing or using the Powerhouse Church of God in Christ digital ministry app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all visitors, members, and staff who access the App in any capacity. Your continued use of the App following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You agree to use this App in a manner consistent with its purpose as a ministry tool:

• All communication within the App must be respectful, truthful, and consistent with Christian values.
• Spam, solicitation, or inappropriate content of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Prayer requests must be genuine and submitted in the spirit of seeking intercession.
• Staff members must maintain the confidentiality of all member and visitor information accessed through their portals.
• The App may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

Staff accounts carry additional responsibilities:

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone.
• Do not allow others to access the App using your account credentials.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access or security concerns to the church administrator immediately.
• Log out of staff portals when your session is complete, especially on shared devices.

The Prayer Wall is a sacred space for our congregation. All users must:

• Submit requests with sincerity, respect, and in faith.
• Use the anonymous option when appropriate — your anonymity will be maintained.
• Refrain from submitting requests that are offensive, political in nature, or unrelated to genuine prayer needs.
• Understand that Powerhouse COGIC reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with our values.

Staff members granted access to ministry portals (Secretary, Prayer Team, Media Team) agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal data, prayer requests, and member information accessed through staff portals.
• Use portal access exclusively for legitimate church ministry purposes.
• Not duplicate, export, or share member data outside of authorized church channels.
• Report any security concerns, data breaches, or inappropriate access to the church administrator without delay.
• Comply with all applicable data privacy standards and church policies.

• Powerhouse Church of God in Christ is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from this App.
• This App and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• The church is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
